How To Be Included If you are interested in participating, there are two ways to be included. If you were invited, then there is a slot allotted for you.
If you weren't invited, then simply submit an email request (instructions below). We will review your company and materials then make a determination if your company is appropriate.
It's that simple.
What Does It Cost? There is NO charge for your company. The only cost to your company is the cost of whatever materials you want to include in your packet. It is because we absorb all the distribution costs that we hand-pick the companies to include in the expo.
What Do I Need To Provide? You need to provide two things to be included. First, you need to decide which materials (as little or as much as you like) to be included in your booth "packet."
Second, you need to assign a liaison for people with questions to contact. This could be one of your sales people or customer service contacts. But we would like a specific named person to be assigned. Keep in mind that anyone that calls the person you assign will be some of your best prospects, and very serious customers.
Step-By-Step Step 1: Contact Us The first thing to do is give us a call, or send a quick email. Briefly tell us what your company does, and what your marketing goals are.
Step 2: Arrange For Review If your company offers a product, then please arrange to have a review copy sent. If you offer a service, then please gather some marketing materials and forward them to us for review.
Step 3: Decide What You Want To Include Remember, you have a virtual booth. So you can include marketing materials in your "packet" booth. Some companies include basic flyers or catalogs, whereas other companies create special offers or coupons to include. Other companies also include traditional tradeshow marketing materials such as keychains, mugs, etc. It's up to you and your marketing goals.
Step 4: Decide Who To Man Your Booth You need to select someone to field questions from potential customers. Remember, the people who receive your packet of information are VERY serious customers and should be treated as such. You can assign your standard customer service staff, but many companies will select a strong salesperson, or someone experienced and assign that person.
