If you need to contact us about a particular issue, there are several ways you can do it depending on what you need.

Important Note, May 14, 2009: As you can imagine, running a business like 3Moms.com can be time consuming and difficult for a family. Thankfully, we're happy to announce that we are under NEW OWNERSHIP! We are very excited because the company that is now in charge of all the shipping and customer service has been in the business for 14 years, and really knows how to make sure they take care of customers like you!

It's been more than 3 weeks, and I haven't received my order?
If you placed an order and it's been more than 3 weeks, probably, there's something wrong. If your order was placed prior to May 1, 2009, your order may have been lost during the change in ownership. Don't worry! We can handle it. Simply contact customer service and we'll make sure you either receive your order or a refund. We ship orders through UPS, and you'll receive a tracking number at the email address you provided when the order ships. Most orders are received within the first week, but depending on where you live, it can take up to three weeks. So if it's been 3 weeks, please email us with the following info:

1. In the subject line put: "MISSING ORDER: YourOrderID - YourOrderDate"

2. In the Body of the email put:
* Your order contents (Items ordered, quantities)
* Your mailing address in THIS exact format:
Your Name
A Phone Number we Can Reach You At
Street Address
City, ST ZIP

3. Send the Email to THIS EMAIL ADDRESS: CustomerService@3Moms.com

Because we have incomplete information from orders processed by the previous owners, it is very helpful if you have your information in that exact format. You can get ALL that info from the Confirmation Email our shopping cart sent you.

I have sent my item back for a refund, what's the status?
If you shipped your order back it may take up to 3 weeks for us to get it and process your refund. Once we check your order in, the refund is sent through our shopping cart, automatically processed by our merchant processor, then sent to your bank or credit card. This process also usually happens in 1 week, but depending on your bank and payment system, can take up to 3 weeks. So if you have waited this long, and don't see it on your statement under "Bristol Works Inc," You should email us with the following info:

1. In the subject line put: "REFUND STATUS: YourOrderID - YourOrderDate"

2. In the Body of the email put:
* Your order contents (Items ordered, quantities)
* Your mailing address in THIS exact format:
Your Name
A Phone Number we Can Reach You At
Street Address
City, ST ZIP

3. Send the Email to THIS EMAIL ADDRESS: CustomerService@3Moms.com

Because we have incomplete information from orders processed before, it is important that the information be complete, and in the right format. You can get ALL that info from the Confirmation Email our shopping cart sent you.
