How To Contact Us
If you need to contact us, there are several ways you can do it, depending on what you need.

Important Note: We had previously hired a company to help us with shipping and customer service because we couldn't handle the incredible demand. They did a horrible job. It almost killed us. We have taken back control of the entire process. But it is extremely difficult for us (a small family) to keep up with the huge demand. So if you have any customer service questions, it is IMPERATIVE that you follow the format below. It is the only way we can manage. Thanks for everyone's kind support during our difficult ordeal.

It's been more than 3 weeks, and I haven't received my order?
If you placed an order and it's been more than 3 weeks, probably, there's something wrong. If your order was placed prior to April 1st, 2006, you are part of the nightmare that was the other shipping service. Don't worry. We can handle it. Almost all orders are shipped through the Postal Service. Most orders are received within the first week, but depending on where you live, it can take up to three weeks. So if it's been 3 weeks, please email us with the following info:

1. In the subject line put: "MISSING ORDER: YourOrderID - YourOrderDate"

2. In the Body of the email put:
* Your order contents (Items ordered, quantities)
* Your mailing address in THIS exact format:
Your Name
Street Address
City, ST ZIP

3. Send the Email to THIS EMAIL ADDRESS: CS@3Moms.com

 

 

Because we have incomplete information from orders processed by the other shipping service, it is critical that the information be complete, and in that exact format. You can get ALL that info from the Confirmation Email our shopping cart sent you.

I have sent my item back for a refund, what's the status?
If you shipped your order back, again depending on how you mailed it, it may take up to 3 weeks for us to get it, and process it back in. Once we check your order in, the refund is sent through our shopping cart, and automatically processed to our merchant processor, then they send it to your bank. This process also usually happens in 1 week, but depending on your bank and payment system, can take up to 3 week. So if you have waited this long, and don't see it on your statement under "Another Einstein , Inc". You should email us with the following info:

1. In the subject line put: "REFUND STATUS: YourOrderID - YourOrderDate"

2. In the Body of the email put:
* Your order contents (Items ordered, quantities)
* Your mailing address in THIS exact format:
Your Name
Street Address
City, ST ZIP

3. Send the Email to THIS EMAIL ADDRESS: CS@3Moms.com

If you have questions about the products themselves, or related to homeschooling, then please email us as follows. If you have placed an order already, you MUST include all the info from above (1, 2 and 3) or we CANNOT help you. We need ALL that info to find your order.
